Dumped items are at the back of an empty lot next to a house on Van Dyke St. it is near the alley between Van Dyke T and Beals, about 150 ft north of Charlevoix. On the east side of the alley.

The residents of this property are putting out a lot of trash and leaving it all week, obstructing the road and creating a danger and pollution in our neighborhood, since the wind is carrying all this trash to our homes, and we ask for more control.

The owner of 7344 Senator had his tenants move out last month, and they used the corner side area to dump all of their trash and home remodeling waste like bathtubs, toilets, pipes, etc. It is incredibly large amount of trash that it is now spreading on to the alley and blocking the entire sidewalk.

This is now the third report regarding this illegal dumping site. I remain hopeful that it will finally be cleaned up. Considering the level of property taxes paid by residents, it would be greatly appreciated to see the City take action to address this ongoing issue.
