There is a Detroit Dumpster in our alley. It’s been full since before we purchased the building in 2019. We called the dumpster company, GLF, and tried to pay to have it dumped ourselves. They told us that we couldn’t b/c it wasn’t our account. We’ve reported it in the past and talked to District 2 Manager, Kim Tandy, about it. It hasn’t been solved. We are writing to hopefully find some resolution to having it removed.

Additionally, we would like to report the couch that has also been abandoned in the alley across the way (across the street from us, behind Precision Catering).

Bulk Trash not picked up Thursday May 12 2025 trash was set out 24hrs prior to scheduled pickup. Bulk trash not picked up on entire block.

Waste has sitting at the curb for over 2 weeks. Cars has been parking on the street next to driveway, making it difficult getting in and out of my driveway.

Squatters put bulk trash out that has not been collected. Looks to be tile. Bulk day was Tuesday, it has been out since last Tuesday.

There is a broken refrigerator partially blocking sidewalk, trash and rats around the house,they dumped scrap metal and branches at the curb
