Dumping site for contractors that won't pay for a dumpster

Neighbors across the street continue dumping at the vacant lot. This has been ongoing for years

Home went into foreclosure it was bought by investment company and have been cleaning it out. The berm is full of yard waste that has not been picked up. The company was given the phone number for special paid pickup, don't know if they called.

This area is a nuisance issue. There are so many trucks and trailers parked on the street full of trash making it available for rats and other critters to reside in there and causing havoc in the area. There has been multiple complaints for this location and about 6 others next door and across the street. This is a blight issue and the neighbors are tired of seeing it.
