On Livernois from W. Warren - Tireman and Tireman from Livernois - railroad tracks(east of Livernois) there is overgrowth of weeds on the entire sidewalk and along the building and fencing. Also there is a large amount of trash on the ground near the entrance on Tireman near the railroad tracks. The W. Warren entrance seems to be the only area that is properly maintained, but these areas mentioned above are constantly neglected.

There overgrown weeds, trees and grass. This is city property and it needs yo be trimmed and cleaned up to deter criminals from illegally dumping .

Every Summer they never cut all the weeds down, its not my property plus my equipment can't reach it please include this when u guys come out and do the grass Thank U!

Hello, reporting issues with the house next door to me at 20155 Revere. There is a tree growing "into" the northwest corner of the garage and branches that are getting tangled into wires. If it gets keeps growing, I am afraid it will push the garage into my yard. There are also small trees growing out of the foundation of the house, tree branches all around the back of garage. The house was vacant until about 6~7 weeks ago. prior to that a truck from an AZA Management Company was there cleaning house out and I mentioned the tree to a couple of men, to which they said OK. After cleaning out and whatever they did inside of house and someone moving in, they never returned to take care of anything especially the tree. There are small kids that have moved into the house, the windows in the upstairs windows are coming off making it not safe, were not repaired, a big hole in the porch step that was not repaired, trash and weeds all around in the backyard. It is an eyesore. I have seen cats, a raccoon, a groundhog a couple of rats roaming back there at any time. I have a small dog that I take out and don't feel safe doing so at times or even just sitting in and enjoying my own backyard. And am a 67yrs old retiree and have lived next door here for 37yrs. I keep my property up and clean and hate that I have to look at that. the house gets worse with each tenant that has been there over the last 18yrs. Just seems to be a slum lord looking to put someone in just to have someone in the house. I hope that something can be done I would hate for the garage to eventually end up in my yard. PLEAE HELP. Vactor 2100i truck came through my driveway They were very rude, no one communicated anything with me I was playing with my dog, and they kept driving up my driveway very aggressively They messed up my grass by driving on it reckless. I tried to tell them they could enter from the alley off of Grayton but they did not want to listen to me. The city of Detroit needs to be do better with communication when someone will enter your property The employees are very rude and not helpful By them driving down my driveway they knocked over tree branches and access debris. Where they were cleaning the sewer is a hole and it's not safe. At times I smell gas coming from back there. ,.....
