This is an issue of tall grass left on a city owned lot after a city contractor or City worker half cut the lot. Tall grass left at the rear of the lot and at the curb where they did not cut around the trees. It looks a mess, if a homeowner's lot looked like this, they would be issued a ticket. Please cut the lot and cut it properly from the alley to the street.

I have videos of someone cleaning out a vacant house and dumping it all on the curb It then drew other people from around the area to put stuff there as well This needs to stop Fines should be issued ....

Dumping occurred on side of property, near mouth of alley.

Resident has misc. debris, yard waste and bulk waste on property.
In the evening resident have various people to dump onto various properties throughout the neighborhood.
