Dumping occurred in dumpster.
Repeat Offender.

The Mayor's office received a call from a resident who reported property issues at 5205 Elmer. They state the front yard is littered with trash, construction debris along with refrigerator, sink and stove and have not made any effort to clean this up. They are concerned that rodents will overtake their community.

White pickup truck dumped boat in driveway on Saturday, Nov 23rd, saw and spoke with police at 8 mile and San Juan. He said he would follow up and did not. Police could see activity in progress but did not investigate. Water tank, tires, tree limbs and other items are being dumped at vacant home at 20242 San Juan at Norfolk.

The tenants that live there have dumped mattresses in the front yard and the landlord is aware of this

This is a landbank home. Someone has dumoed a motorcycle/huge pile of tires/a blue pickup truck and other assorted debris in back yard.

The structure is burned out and appears unsafe. The property is blighted with debris from the fire months ago and from dumping illegal there.
