Abandoned tub and window frame debris in thealley

The non-profit organization came out last spring and did an amazing job and clieaned the entire front side and back yard of this home and on approx 4/8/2025, the resident is now having after hour parties (2:30 am - 5/6 am) and have cleared out the basement and dumped an entire mess back into the back for rodents to have a haven. The block club wants it gone as well as the trailer on the southside of the home that the non-profit didn't remove but the residents continue to throw trash and the grass and weeds grow over the broken down trailer.

It’s on the side of 15 06 five Saratoga they reported that someone came and dumped this on the lot
