The property at 7230 Stahelin has consistently neglected proper yard maintenance, leaving trash and debris scattered both the front and back yard. This accumulation of garbage has caused the city street drain in front of the property to become blocked resulting in water overflow onto the street when it rains. Additionally the unsanitary conditions have led to a serious rat infestation and rats digging under my porch now, posing a health and safety risk to neighboring properties. Despite ongoing issues since last summer. Immediate action is needed to prevent further public health hazards, property damage and rats.

No pick up yesterday of black containers on entire east side of the street.

Constant garbage on curb up to a week before trash day, inappropriate waste left outside yard bags for weeks and open garbage that attracts rats year round we have tried to be polite we have asked nicely we have cleaned up shoveled their snow and raked their leaves and we are so tired of looking at mismanagement property thank you for your help

Sloppy clean out for property being gutted. Large debris pile in back yard, litter all around exterior and berm, used tire and tree branches left on berm. Been present for over a month.

Trash constantly thrown on the ground, Garbage can always over ran and never pulled back from the curb, Rodents eating out trash and now always around. Rats to be exact. This is happening every week non stop, constantly throwing trash on the street.

This trash has been out in front of this house and part of 3799 Garland for quite awhile. 3803 caught a fire a while ago and the workers have put debris out for pickup. So far nothing has been picked up.

Disrespectful unprofessional behavior each week deliberately dropping my trash cans down to the point they knock over each week they do not fix them and one was broken the previous week before
Each week this is what I deal with

Resident never takes garbage can in off street. I mean never. He or she literally leaves can out from week to week. The can is never removed from curb.
