A black male, in 9th generation light-gray Chevy Impala, dumped two tires .

This is a land bank house that has been taken over by drug addicts. They have trashed 1/3 of the street. There is rodent infested trash can dumping on the rear of 13645 lot. There is trash on most lots on Monte Vista south of Schoolcraft. 13621 Monte Vista was almost blown up from gas leaks caused by these occupants. That property is trashed. Please check on this problem for us. Thanks

Tons of tree branches that have been cut and piled on the side of the street in front of thisaddress and 2661 Nebraska - along with piles of garbage back that the waste management failed to remove. We need all of the debris gone asap. Kids gather and play up and down the street all day and this is a serious safety hazard. Thank you
