It’s in the alley between Saratoga and Eastwood right off of Chalmers

It’s on the side of 15 06 five Saratoga they reported that someone came and dumped this on the lot

Trash is being dumped in the alley of 1732 W Bethune St

Lots of trash in the back yard that are in black bags that's the animals tear open and the trash goes everywhere

Garbage in empty lot in the corner The slot is always full of garbage and not cared for by the parcel owner. Children walk by the slot every day on their way to school and the city has done nothing to enforce this lot being cared for it grows over the sidewalk every year and is always full of trash. The absent parcel owner must be held accountable.
