As if 6/9/25 the illegally dump tire still remains at curb.

occupant is putting household garbage on ground behind garbage can with months of buildup.

Large plastic children's playhouses and toys dumped. Lot is overgrown grass and weeds as well.

Abandoned construction dirt with significant overgrowth; overgrowth partially cut yet was not removed and left on site, promoting further pest infestation and fire hazard.

Owner, Aysia Baxter, has received curbside pick-up criteria since March 2024. Owner has stated she prefers to take her chances with the City and doesn't believe she will be cited. Theses items were dumped on Wednesday, June 4, 2025 after the regular Priority Waste pick-up. This is the second time in two weeks this incident has happened and as the Block Club Leader of Maiden Voyagers, our residents have complained to me. Keep in mind, in March, 2024, asbestos materials were placed in the drain right in front of where the these items are currently laying. That issue helped to excaberate the back up flooding on Maiden.
