I am writing to bring attention to a concerning situation in our neighborhood involving improper disposal of construction waste. Recently, a neighbor completed a roofing project on their property. However, rather than arranging for the proper disposal of the resulting debris, they left multiple large bags filled with roofing waste and other materials in front of another resident’s home property that is not theirs.

Someone has left their trashcan curbside in front of my lot. over 2 weeks now. this is an issue for the entire block.

Dead Christmas tree dumped on berm at 5603 Maryland and has been skipped for bulk/yard pickups for over a month now

There is AN EXTREME AMOUNT OF ALL KINDS OF MATERIAL,WOOD,TRASH BAGS AND ALL KIND OF DEBRIS on the Curb AND OUT IN THE STREET. WITH ALL THE DEBRIS PILED UP LIKE IT IS AND WITH IT ALSO BENG OUT IN STREET IT MAKES IT VERY DIFFICULT TO DRIVE DOWN OUTER WITHOUT POSSIBLY RUNNING INTO ALL OF DEBRIS AND POSSIBLY HAVING AN ACCIDENT.
