this is the second request. trash can is not a city can. Someone has put this csn in front of a vacant lot. City has passed this can for over a month. I dont know who put the can there. Its open for rodents and is a safety and health isue.

this home is now illegally dumping garbage all over their front lawn and has not removed anything in over one month. Somebody from the city needs to come clean this up immediately. This junk blocks the sidewalk and is littered all over the lawn and front porch.

The roofing crew at this address at 21 Marston has littered roofing materials ALL OVER the church community garden in the lot next door at 33 Marston They have not cleaned up

illegal dump site. this place is a mess. it really needs some attention.

Non stop debris and dangerous trash lying steeetside . Nothing has stopped this hazardous effort all summer and now it's winter time.

I caught someone on my RING DOORBELL dumping cooking oil down the sewer in front of my home 11/02/2025 at 8:22 pm. I sent the footage to my neighbor (18261 Santa Rosa Dr.) to see if she knew who it was, but she didn’t respond. Just yesterday (11/5/25), this same neighbor called me back about something else. I asked her did she get my text the other day and she told me yes and that was her husband who poured the oil down the sewer. She told me she’s been doing it for years. Myself and my other neighbors that know better should not have to deal with basement backups or anything else that can go wrong with plumbing because of their poor choices on how to discard cooking oil. I’ve only been here going on two years and the water in front of this house and on this side of my street stands for hours even days at a time when it rains heavy or snow melts. I’ve called and complained about this and gotten order numbers for work not completed yet. Please send someone out before this negligence & stupidity continues. It’s all an inconvenience.

the trash is all over the ground this has been going on for over a year the trash cans are broken and over flowing dogs rats possums and raccoons are going in the trash Munoz Realty Inc don't care about the up keep to there properties they also have 2 old mattresses on the back top porch and a couch on the front porch for a year
