Residence complaint of smell, hazardous drums and garbage on land.

Construction garbage piled up in the alley.

dumping reno materials in alley. filling neighbors dumpsters also.

Landscaper cut lawn and dumped in alley, in two spots.
Landscaper also dumped on nearby vacant lot.

There are several city owned lots being utilized by a sex offender to entice children with various toys the lots are being turned into makeshift playgrounds. There are trampolines, swing sets, drum sets, a RV, Boat and a jacuzzi with water in it. These are also rodent dens and he has several abandoned cars on the lots as well. This is an eyesoar to our community and a hazard to children .

The owners put out food almost on a daily basis to feed the rats/rodents. They are well aware that there is a rat problem. Animals I've in the vehicles in the backyard. I have a 3 year old grandson and a puppy that I am trying to keep safe. Please help.
