Illegal dumping by 14774 Manning

The owner flipping this house on seyburn continues to leave junk and debris throughout the street and sidewalk. This might be the tenth report or so since he bought the house over the summer (he also began flipping without proper permits, I’m not sure the deck that was built in the back is up to code). The police have been called on him for illegally taking down a neighbor’s fence. He does not respond well to neighbors requesting resolution and the sidewalk is constantly filled with glass, insulation (probably decades old and an environmental hazard) and food which also has attracted rodents.

I am writing on behalf of the Sussex L&E Block Club regarding a persistent, unresolved property violation at 14611 Sussex,St.48227
Despite numerous warnings, the resident has left two overflowing trash receptacles on the street for several consecutive weeks. The bins are packed with household rubbish and building materials, causing debris to blow onto the sidewalks and street. Due to the excessive, improper waste, the sanitation service (Advanced Disposal) has refused to empty them, and rodents have been observed at night.
This ongoing neglect is causing significant irritation among neighbors, who are forced to clean up others debris from their own properties.
The Sussex L&E Block Club requests immediate enforcement action. If the property owner refuses to comply, we request that the city remove the bins to abate this nuisance. Thank you for your swift attention to this matter. Sussex L&E block Club

Grand River Alley between Grandmont and Woodmont is covered with little from the neighboring liquor store and Papa’s Pizza. Please keep these businesses accountable. This is the garbage coming from their customers.

This house has had a curb full of trash for at least a month. They keep piling garbage on top of garbage and it never gets picked up.

Sidewalk was torn up over a week ago and left impassable, filled with gravel and straw/ hay. Sidewalk is broken and covered in logs, dirt and debris.
