There is a substantial amount of household debris sitting on the City's berm.

Resident at 5915 Lakewood stores garbage at the rear of the residence in black plastic garbage bags. The Courville dumpster is in the front of residence at the curb. The garbage on the ground rear of residence has is now opened for the rats, raccoons etc .
