The dumpster area behind the Dollar Tree is being used improperly. The dumpster is not stored in this area, and instead it's used as an illegal pile of garbage and cardboard that blows all over and blights the neighborhood.

Trash receptacle has been curbside for over two weeks now. For some reason the case was closed saying that no trash can was found but I'm looking at the trash can right now on the curb. Why does this department close a case and lie and say nothing was found. It is located on the side of the home on Strathmoor.
