Complaint is for Courvilles left on curb. If you enlarge photo, numerous garbage containers on curb, some without lids. Photo taken Tuesday, collection on Thursday. Windy days garbage flying up and down block. Please send City Inspector out to issue tickets on Duchess St. between Moross and Casino. Also a large pile of brush and bricks removed from vacant house and left on bern. All of this is in same block. I am a homeowner here for 27 years asking for help to keep neighborhood decent and blight down.
