This opening has left the area exposed and vulnerable to unauthorized access, including potential vandalism and the intrusion of rodents.
Additionally, overgrown weeds are growing into and around the existing anddamaged fence, further contributing to the problem by providing shelter and a breeding ground for rodents.
I respectfully request that the City encourage the property owner to repair the fence and address the overgrowth in order to maintain safety, cleanliness, and overall neighborhood integrity.
