    Trash left out in street after tenants moved out. The trash can has been there uncollected as well and don't think it will be. Been like this for a week now.

    Everyday this is what this property looks like. They never bring the recycle or trash bins back to the house. I have contacted Code Compliance and the land Lord regarding this issue and it still looks like this everyday.

    Once again the renters/landlord are using the recycle bin as a trash can as they leave it on the curb 24/7. They have already been cited for it before. The city should take the bins away from people who clearly do not understand it or do not care.

    The residents of the two units are using the two recycle carts as trash cans. They are over flowing and now the trash is blowing out into the surrounding yards.

    The owners have been jailed for embezzlement.. The people cleaning it out have left trash and junk all over backyard. The trash has been torn apart by animals and starting to smell really bad.

    The house appears to have evicted a tenant 3 weeks ago. The contents of the entire home are in the front yard and have not been cleaned up since. It is not only disgusting, but looks horrible for my neighborhood! I can not imagine why the city has not done anything in 3 weeks!

    Trash was taken out of the house such as all the carpeting, rotted wood, and other house items and left in drive near the back for over 2 months now. Keller Williams owns the property that was deemed unlivable by the city but refuses to fix up the house to code and is trying to sell it as is. Please take care of this house once and for all as I have watched it become a terrible eyesore for over 8 years now and even had the local news stations do a report on it a couple years ago. I will be calling my local politicians to get involved this time since the code compliance office refuses to follow up on this property. There have been other properties in the city not nearly in this bad of shape that have been torn down but this one just keeps sitting creating a hazard for the neighbors with the mold and toxins being released from the house.

    This is an assisted living facility. Trash dumpsters and recycling bin are always by the front curve violating the right of way ordinance. Please advise tenants or owners to remove.
