City of Lansing PLUS

Dumpster, and garbage bags constantly on the front curve.
Please advise to remove those from property front on days when there is no garbage collection services.
Please help keep the neighborhood nice.

Rental property next door is accumulating too much along the side yard. This is the view from my backyard deck. Warmer weather is coming. Anticipating the stench this will produce. TRASH NEEDS TO GO!!

There has been a toilet sitting in the front yard of 533 Kipling, which is not occupied, for several weeks.

Trash is piled up along fence at end of driveway. Some loose ......some in bags. Neighbors have complained but trash pile still exists (just moved from middle of driveway to bring piled up beside fence).

Occupants have been using the City of Lansing Recycling Cart to contain garbage for months and is now overflowing. The cart is located right outside my bedroom window and I cannot open any window in my house due to the smell. The backyard also is full of branches and dead trees from last winter's ice storm, along with more bags of garbage that are stored along the shared fence. The smell is overwhelming. I have noticed more squirrels in the area, and more rodents, possibly rats, digging along the fence to get to the garbage sitting out.

This renter has not had trash service since moving in several month ago. Today it became clear that they have been putting their garbage in the garage. With the heat and humidity the smell is overwhelming, especially in the alley behind the houses.

a couch has been curbside for at least a month, it has not been tagged by the garbage collectors that I can tell. It once had cushions and they now who-knows-where. Please get these people to purchase a tag to have it picked up.
