    Garbage bags kept outside, not in a garbage can. Some garbage bags are open, some are ripping. The wind blows this trash to other houses in the neighborhood and smells very bad.

    This is an assisted living facility. Trash dumpsters and recycling bin are always by the front curve violating the right of way ordinance. Please advise tenants or owners to remove.
    Please help the neighborhood look nice.

    Trash was taken out of the house such as all the carpeting, rotted wood, and other house items and left in drive near the back for over 2 months now. Keller Williams owns the property that was deemed unlivable by the city but refuses to fix up the house to code and is trying to sell it as is. Please take care of this house once and for all as I have watched it become a terrible eyesore for over 8 years now and even had the local news stations do a report on it a couple years ago. I will be calling my local politicians to get involved this time since the code compliance office refuses to follow up on this property. There have been other properties in the city not nearly in this bad of shape that have been torn down but this one just keeps sitting creating a hazard for the neighbors with the mold and toxins being released from the house.

    The house appears to have evicted a tenant 3 weeks ago. The contents of the entire home are in the front yard and have not been cleaned up since. It is not only disgusting, but looks horrible for my neighborhood! I can not imagine why the city has not done anything in 3 weeks!

    This is the 2nd or 3rd time I've complained about this house and I know I'm not the only one!

    Lansing Housing Commission owns this rental and I have complained to them. There is consistently junk, furniture, trash in this back yard for over a year. Most of the time the grass is long except she mowed a patch recently to BBQ!

    Not sure how many people live there but there are many. If the Lansing Housing Commission does not or will not enforce rules Tenants are to follow, my hope is the City of Lansing will and perhaps request they look into this Tenant seriously this time,

    This person does not have trash removal. A bag of trash has been in the front next to the city recycle bun for over a month. Also the back yard and behind the house there is an appliance(washer or dryer), a bunch of trash, and a bunch of brush from when the landlord cut down a tree, at least 2+ months ago.
