a couch has been curbside for at least a month, it has not been tagged by the garbage collectors that I can tell. It once had cushions and they now who-knows-where. Please get these people to purchase a tag to have it picked up.

Junk and trash in the backyard.

Back Deck is being used as a garbage dump, trash and old boxspring. Spoke to owner and property manager over a month ago and was reassured this would not be happening any longer. We have had issues with rats/rodent already now we have new residents in this home that refuses to take care of their trash, they say granger told them it would be 6-8 weeks to get a dumpster and that was a month ago, We all know it does not take this long to get one. This has been reported already last month and nothing has been done yet. Unacceptable that the city allows this to happen.

Renters moved out trash everywhere left the home open an unlocked trash everwhere inside and outside. Dont know how to contact landlord but he should go there asap.

There is trash around the yard at 2020 E Cavanaugh Road.
Our family is trying to sell our Mother's home and when people look at the home they mention that they don't want to live next to the unhealthy and sightly mess next door.

this trash has been out in the front area for 2 to 3 weeks now skunks and raccoons and animals have been digging in it, it is hazardous as I have small children out planning and these animals could have rabies. this landlord is a slum lord he goes and picks up rent money but he doesn't make his tennents clean up their mess!

We have reported 1003 for drug dealing to the landlord he didn't believe us and the tenants confronted us. We don't feel safe contacting the landlord about the trash issue. Previously they would throw their trash in our garbage without permission we placed cameras around our home so they stopped that. Now they're collecting bags in their garage. Yesterday they removed them sprayed them with airspray and put them back in the garage. We are afraid that their garbage will attract pests to the neighborhood. They've been renting there a year and has never had garbage service.

House looks vacant. Large tree branches all over front yard. Fencing in front yard also torn down by falling tree limbs. Half of roof is covered by a huge tarp. Half the tarp is on the roof and the rest is in the driveway. House has looked like this for months and it not making the neighborhood look good.
