    Another one of my complaints has been closed with no resolution and I was not given the option to keep it open. There are trucks going up and down Laurel Avenue as if they are on a highway. There is clearly a sign prohibiting them. They are not working on a construction site. There is no reason for them to come up here except to avoid the traffic on the Belleville Pike, this is not fair to those of us living here and its making the poor condition of our streets worse. Please do not close this issue as long as the trucks are ignoring the signs not to come up here.

    The Seabra grocery store on 180 Schuyler Ave, Kearny, NJ has a significant amount of truck traffic during all hours of the late night and morning during the week and weekends. We've heard trucks pull up, park, reverse beeping, and even offloading in early hours as early as 3 am and late as 12 pm. If trucks are being staged, they should arrive during certain times and offloading definitely not until at least after 7 am. Entire family is woken up multiple times a night because of this.

    Husky chained in yard gets loose often, seems to break free, pants heavy ..runs free and at times goes after dog walkers pets. Possibly not licensed with town, and no rabies shots

    The resident at 116 Rutherford Pl. put Cayenne pepper and red pepper around the borders of his grass in the hopes to keep dogs off his grass yet there are tons of little children that run up and down the street placing everyone at risk not just innocent pets

    Neighbor runs an attic fan for hours at a time, sometimes as long as 8 hours a day. The fan is set in the back of the house. The noise is mechanical and harsh and I can hear it from inside my house w the windows closed. I’m unable to enjoy my yard at all when it’s on. It’s been going on for years and the noise gets worse each year.

    This issue was previously posted and possibly once resolved. However, this man continues to work in the garage, with the garage door closed. This time it seems he is building furniture pieces for business purposes as he as been spotted taking out furniture pieces and loading them on a pick up truck that often comes to pick them up.

    This morning I witnessed somebody spit on the parking violation employee because he put a ticket in the car that was blocking the sweeper. Minutes later 2 police officers came and spoke to the guy on the barbershop. How’s the possible that someone spit on this senior citizen person and as I saw nothing happened to guy he continued having his hair cut. This guy should be fined for assault especially for spitting during this pandemic. What would have happened if this guy would have spit on a police officer ?

    Once again the garbage company came at 3:42AM to the food depot supermarket. I have attached a picture with the time stamp.. also have video but it’s not letting me upload.
    Yes I have called KP but by the time they arrived the truck was already gone. The owners need to keep the lot closed with the chains like before not the cones because they will just move them out of the way to go in.
