    the owner will not cut any of this grass. he looks at it but does nothing. it brings so much Mosquitoes and other animals at night plus it is very junkie. It is behind his garage and on the side and it looks very bed from my backyard not his because he can't see it because the garage blocks it.

    Is it legal to conduct,run a business from your home and inconvenience your neighbors with workers parking their personal vehicles in front of your home for the entire work day? On my block there is a electric company doing such a thing. His workers (3) come early in the morning and park their cars, load up work trucks with their tools, in the mean time leaving the driveway that can accommodate up to 6 cars empty all day,and when we the neighbors come home to no parking in front of our own homes must park way away from our homes. This has been going on for some time now, and now winter is upon us parking is going to be much more limited.
    I looking for the town to investigate this issue and do what it can to help resolve this inconvenience to town tax payers.

    They have been building a shed in the yard for 2 weeks. The hammering and noise goes on well after 7pm and he was out there most of the day on Sunday. I called the town to ask if I could get a time frame of the construction and was told they do not have a permit for a shed.

    This house has been doing new major work over and over with the same old permit in the window shouldn't they have to get a new permit for starting a new job ? I mean getting a driveway put in doesn’t mean they can rip their roof off the house to make the ceilings higher in the rooms . I'm sorry but everytime I do work on my house I have filed for a new permit.

    Just to be clear only way to access rear of building is through side door on East side. So you say you don’t know contractors names, addresses or phone numbers, and don’t know what chemicals they are storing? Something needs to be addressed as I am retired and live next door thanks

    There is an illegal renovation happening mostly during weekend and late hours. Loud banging, drywall and other construction material seen brought into the property. No permits visible in windows, causing real disturbance with loud noise.

    The renters at 526 Davis Ave. Installed a above ground pool without a building permit, no home owners insurance if there is an accident, gate around the pool, they did not submit a survey or have the ground examined for a pool. They do not have a GFI grounded they are running a electrical extension cord from the basement it looks like, the pool is so close to the garages wall on Pierce st. it is suppose to be 5 feet from all sides which it is not, not to mention it is sitting on top of a retaining wall, that can give way cause they didn’t install the pool properly. This is a dangerous situation a child can climb in and drown, or someone can get electrical shock. Someone needs to investigate these people. They are shady. If this pool burst their neighbors home will be Destroyed. I hope an inspector will get to the bottom of this. And make them remove this pool before an accident happens.

    These are sum of the cars parked in the driveway with dealer plates on them you can see how they block up the side walk so they can get the cars over the curb every day please can you have a inspector check out the property they do this every nite

    The contractor was required to put in a 12" X 36" stone base which was not installed, the wall is set on top of soil. 3/4" crushed stone was to be used in between the new and existing wall with a perforated pvc pipe at the base for drainage. From what I could see the pvc was never installed and the contractor is filling the gap with a mix of block, garbage and soil. I do have additional pictures if that helps, I was only able to upload one online.
