Massive tree needs trimming - it forces safe walkers to enter road to pass

There is an overgrowth issues from Dunbarton Trace to Wimberly Road. The weeds are covering the sidewalk and making it difficult to use, and are tall enough to impair sight when making a right from Wimberly onto Osborn. Either the residents or the city needs to cut back this overgrowth.

There is excessive stormwater run-off, flowing southwest down Tallulah Drive, then northwest down Osbourne Road (on the right hand side). The water then crosses the street and flows southwest down Brookhaven Walk and into the storm drain in front of my house at 1004 Brookhaven Walk NE.

Flooding, chunks of asphalt washed away.

A tree has fallen into a fenced water drainage easement on our property. The fence is damaged and water flow restricted. We have removed parts of the tree outside the easement and on our property. For safety reasons, the tree should be removed from the easement and the fence repaired.

Inadequate storm water drainage is flooding property in Brookhaven Fields. This is compromising tree health/stability and weakening fence posts. Nearby stream buffers are not adequate. Another culprit is storm water drain at Sylvan and Star Drive. It must be dredged, can no longer be ignored. Has resulted in a pothole routinely deteriorating due to flooding at intersection.

Water from Ivy Place apartments is running off and down into my backyard and flooding my driveway and front yard and going onto Clairmont way itself. With any significant rain, thousands of gallons of run off goes through my property. No response in two years from DeKalb roads and drainage or City of Atlanta originally. Sink hole seems to be forming and driveway has been wrecked. During the last freeze storm, more concrete has been lifted and cracked form driveway. I have a video to so amount of water flooding.

Need new drainage, this area floods after heavy rain. That is normally a 3 foot wide creek.
