Tree across the creek at culvert at Burch Circle & Drew Valley Rd. in heavy rain could block culvert and cause flooding to homes.

The apron to my driveway, at the street, ponds water every time it rains. The recent re-paving of the street exacerbated this issue significantly. I would greatly appreciate your reviewing it after a rain to determine whether anything can be done to improve the situation.

The road in front of the house floods and water remains on the road days after it rains.

County paved road higher than driveway. Rain now pools at top, crumbled the concrete, then creates a river into the garage.

Failure by new owners to maintain easement and storm drain ditch at 1297 RAGLEY HALL ROAD 30319. Overgrowth and tree sprouts fill ditch. Water can no longer flow. Ditch also recently filled in partially (closest to lake) when backyard was regraded. Inspector must look behind black plastic. Serious flood potential into neighboring yard, as ditch regraded to be higher on one side causing potential for overflow onto 1291 property. Owner at 1297 Ragley Hall recently dumped yard trimmings into lake. Photos available.

On the right hand side of Canmont on the way to the Skyland park. There is also an impending problem higher up where the sidewalk ends abruptly. Runoff from the "grassy sidewalk" approaching the entrance to South Garden Court, is eroding the bank of the creek there too..

Open field at corner Candler Lake East and West Nancy Creek has dead tree on Candler Lake East side of field. Danger of falling, field often occupied.

There is a large oak that is so close to the road, its roots have started destroying the actual roadway and impeding traffic
