ripped open trash and dead tree limbs In tree lawn for months now

Tree on tree lawn right out by 1337 w 5th across from the V had two huge branches fall this past week. Please send someone out to address if additional limbs need to be cut or reach out to homeowner! One branch fell on my windshield and this spot is prime parking since they changed the street's traffic I don't want additional limbs to fall on someone else or on my car again after I have the windshield replaced. Tree is so close to a power line too!

The tree is dead.Branches fall off this tree.The concrete crew cut out part of the root for the new side walk. This is a safety issue.

The house has had a big branch laying on the curb lawn since fall

Dead tree. Has been reported multiple times. Visible crack on the branches. Will fall onto the sidewalk and the street. Will definitely hurt someone or damage someone's car.

I have reported this same tree 2 other times. At 6pm today a very large branch fell onto Cleveland Blvd and into my yard. I call the non emergency police jumper to report. An officer came, and my son and he drug the branch into the owners yard. The officer left and my son started to clean up the remaining debree. I stopped him because I didn't want another branch to fall. Thank goodness we were not outside in the yard or my car wasn't parked in the street when this fell. This would've killed someone or totaled my car. How many times do I have to repot this same tree. Please do something with this tree!

Large tree limbs down in front yard at 704 Osborn since last summer.. the LLC from California who rents the house out will not clean up. can you please help with this eyesore. thanks!
