Pothole close to 442 Delaware about 6” deep. Several others on the street but this one needs attention right away.

There are many potholes on East 40th between Lorain Avenue and Pearl Avenue. Please fill before a car gets damaged.

There are deep pot holes right in front of the drive way, and it is wear and tear on our vehicles. As well as the others that pull in and out of the drive way. The cars that pass by to and there are seven more not in the photo the opposite direction. It would be greatly appreciated if they could come out and fix this. Thanks for your time.

Root Rd. Is a very highly traveled road connecting 611 to lake road during the winter months the plows and heavy traffic have made this roadway very rough. The hot patch that’s currently being done (Bandaid) ruts out in few days and we are back to the same issue I believe a mill and place fresh asphalt is necessary if not that at least a slurry seal of some sort

Road debris from patch needs cleaned up.

there us a line in the concrete across the road where a section has sunk creating a hard hit at minimal speeds. It is rim bender.
