    Greetings,
    There exists a safety issue of the sidewalk which is considered to be responsibility of the homeowner, according to city regulations. The tree roots (city of
    Lorain) have, throughout time extended onto the homeowners property, and have not only caused the sidewalk to break, but lift up off the ground. Images clearly show the sidewalk had been previously replaced, only to have the roots damage the cement sidewalk, and possibly extended to the front of the home.

    I would like to request that this issue be considered, and tree be removed, along with the roots, and the sidewalk replaced by the city of Lorain. The tree is also disrupting the power lines.
