The alley between W28th and W27th behind Reid Ave is in dire need of grading and gravel. There are several large potholes and the drive is mostly dirt.

Alley is full of potholes and there is barely any gravel.

Alley is very bad lots off potholes we have three flat tires already. Can you guys please try to fix this? We have to drive through here every single day my garage. It’s in the alley.

The alley between W 28th and W 27th, parallel to Reid Ave, needs repaired. I am upset that our neighbors previous requests have been basically ignored and as of today, closed. The state if this alley is ridiculous. The comment was made that stone doesn't get added to alleys as it might change the elevation of the alley. In this case, the elevation of the alley needs raised. There are several giant potholes that can't be avoided, as well as a giant hump that needs to be maneuvered before we can access our parking. Simply adding dirt doesn't solve anything. In fact that creates another hazard, a constant dust bowl during dry days. Not to mention, there is a pothole the size of the entrance of the alley at W 28th Street. We have spent hundreds on related car repairs since moving here. I know for a fact that you would not want to live here. Do better.

This alley is in need dire need of gravel and grading, this request was previously acknowledged in May. And a previous request was submitted earlier in the year. Please submit a work order for gravel and grading as soon as possible. If the alley gets the attention it needs, there will be less pot holes on 28th Street at the entrance to the alley. Cars often travel left of center to avoid those potholes creating a safety concern.

The first alley east of Reid Ave between 26th and 27th Street is totally overgrown with vegetation and needs to be cleared.
