    my neighbor has a contractor at there house demolishing the illegal deck that was built a number of years ago, my original complaint is missing from 2008, the only one the town could supply is the 2019 complaint that the town had a copy of.
    we as neighbors do not get along with each other as you already know , irregardless the town has been negligent in resolving the issue , the contractor is there today and i hope it is being removed, i do not see a permit to build new, please follow through with resident to make sure all the permits are in place this time please.

    The alley way and side walks in front of 13 Court Street look like a rummage sale. Neon colored spray painted furniture, and other items are in front of the building on the sidewalk regardless if they are open or not. They have a spiked planters strewn with spray painted (now a scooter) poking out so if you use the alley way it could hurt someone. The Alley way has numerous rugs, spray painted items broken items and trash out all the time during all weather, and many people complain as thats the access from the public lots. To Keep with the beautiful image the restaurants paid to use the sidewalks we should expect the same from any downtown busineses .

    There is a large area of standing water in the property behind us. I contacted board of health and planning board regarding this last year and work has been done on part of the property but the large body remains and has gotten bigger. My concern is this is a mosquito breeding ground as well as a danger to my 2 year old.

    Pine Hills is building a new subdivision, Owls Nest, behind my home. They have excavated and moved earth continuously for the past two years creating home lots behind my home. We were promised landscaping, fencing and a wall during town meetings. They have installed a retaining wall and fence in the buffer area behind my home. It abruptly ends halfway across the top of the buffer land possibly creating a hazard and certainly creating an unsightly effect. I have contacted Deborah Sedarous of Pine Hills LLC and after many attempts at an answer I was told that she spoke with David Buckley, Director of Community of Planning for Toll Brothers, and that there are no plans to continue the fence. I would ask that this be inspected by the Town of Plymouth. Thank you. Claudia Kennington

    Construction chaos -- what a traffic mess -- where's the traffic mitigation/detour plan for this project??? It's unacceptable to stop traffic in both directions -- without warning -- for 15-20 minutes as 15 workers stand around doing nothing. This is shameful management on the part of the town and the contractor.

    096-000-019-017. As the town is the owner and custodian of 51 Micajah Ave, this is an overreach of property rights. To prevent loss of this property to these occupants from adverse possession the town is obliged to act.
