Issue: Ongoing Hazardous Parking

As of tonight, the residents at 37 Beauchamp Terrace are once again allowing guests to park illegally and dangerously in the travel lane, continuing a weekly pattern. These vehicles are parked on the street in a way that narrows the driving lane significantly and creates a serious safety hazard, especially at night. This area is not designed to accommodate that kind of congestion without obstructing through traffic.

Despite a prior complaint filed and forwarded to the Chicopee Police Department in April, the behavior continues, and it poses a recurring risk of head-on collisions due to reduced visibility and lack of room for two-way traffic.

This ongoing issue needs to be addressed more proactively. Enforcement action (such as ticketing or towing) would help ensure compliance and restore safe conditions for all drivers on this street.

Deep crack in sidewalk

Millions of $$$$’s of fire equipment … zero water pressure. Chets junk yard fire should be a wake up call for Chicopee to check all/every fire plug for correct water pressure. We have big big Airplanes with crews that depend on first responders.

Beautiful night for a patriotic concert at the common. Full orchestra. During Star Spangled Banner low rider blacked out window import windows open blasting out horrible garbage. Couldn’t hear SSB.

Three level tower along side the building with wires hanging feom it a ladder that is leaning up against the wood over 15 ft tall.

RESIDENT CONCERNED WITH TRIPPING HAZARD DUE TO PIPE STICKING UP IN STREET

Needs a newer beautiful sign.

This property is now a brownfield with a unregistered, unregulated, automotive repair business taking place in the dirt lot.
