City of Chicopee PLUS

Constant weird behavior from owner. Giant container full of metal and junk. Backhoe half on city property. Digging and possibly buried something at the dead end of Riverview again city property, took down fence not on their property. City had previously clean brush and the dump all their yard waste in the dead end which they were made to clean up by city. It's a constant cycle of strange things going on in that back lot of 535 - 539 Front Street. Currently have 25 to 35 concrete slabs right on their line next to a muti family rental on Riverview.

My dog was attacked by the same dog twice September 24th (minor) and recently on August 12th not so minor.

I live on Montcalm St, today it is a one way due to construction, The 2 officers are not doing their job, they are standing around the workers. I could not see to get out of my driveway and no cop was there to help me. The construction crews had trucks lined up so that I could not see down the road. I do have a photo but do not wish to put it out there. This has been an ongoing issue
