City of Chicopee PLUS

I am writing to report an issue with the trash pickup at my residence in Chicopee, MA. On the most recent collection day, my trash bin was not completely emptied, leaving a significant amount of waste behind. The bin was placed curbside as required, and to the best of my knowledge, it contained only permitted household waste. This incomplete pickup has caused inconvenience, and I am concerned about accumulating waste until the next scheduled collection.

Just curious why our trash wasn't picked up but yet everybody else trash was. Nether can was overfull was your guys feeling lazy?

Our recycling wasn't collected on Tuesday. The bin is full and no room to wait for next pick up. I'm asking to please pick it up.

Trash in recycling bins for weeks. Bins are left on the street. City should have owner of apartment building get his own dumpster and charge the tenants.

My mom, Frances Jezouit at this address, needs a second trash barrel. Is that a possibility? I saw that the yellow bags can be purchased but that could get pricey.

Trash barrels left out in front of house since Thursday. I thought the city told residents they would be fined if they didn't take them in or if they were out too early. These barrels are always out front, half the time in the street, not allowing people to park.

Trash buildup every Wednesday. Bed frame and mattress has not been pickuped regardless of city notice. Kids cannot walk on sidewalk or bike safely due to this blockage. They have to go on the sidewalk where oncoming traffic comes by.
