Old Christmas decorations in box at curb for over 3 weeks now. Trash needs to be disposed of properly.

The Recycle bins were not emptied for some recycle bins on Bemis Ave. The truck went through the neighborhood over 2 hours ago.

For the last few weeks when my trash is picked up, my cans are left tipped over. This is the THIRD week where I’ve had to come outside to pick my trash can up off of the ground because it was not upright. I seem to be the only house on the street that comes out to a tipped can. This is unacceptable.

Trash barrels out in front. They are supposed be on your property if it's not collection day. Fines are supposed to be issued. They are out all week creating a mess and congestion and often in the street

The septic is 50 plus years old and should be turned over to city stage.

Catch basin at the corner of Glenwood and Gilbert, on Gilbert across from 24 is not draining.

Recent flooding on the street as well as the past few years has made my parents house crack, moldy and become unstable foundation wise. Insurance wont help. Most of the houses on that street has these problems. There is no way they can afford the kind of repairs needed due to all this flooding. Please help us.

Sewer backing up into basement. Basement plumbing not draining at all.

bathrooms constantly overflowing producing raw sewage on sales floor. multiple times this store has "addressed" this issue and has never been resolved. customers stand directly next to raw sewage that has been sectioned off in between registers numerous times. employees are exposed to raw sewage/fumes on floor in backroom/grocery side loading area. employees actually must step in raw sewage to do their job. this is also directly next to dairy cooler possibly exposing contaminated food products to the public. managements solution is to put in a work order for a plumber but this is an ongoing situation with no resolution that must be addressed by the proper authority.

I am the owner of 48 Andersen Rd – The Ridgewood Condos in Chicopee,MA. I am writing to formally request inspection and remediation of a suspected drainage obstruction or damage in the shared plumbing or sewer line affecting my unit.
Details of the issue:
• The plumber attempted a camera inspection but was unable to advance the camera beyond about 10 feet, due to multiple bends and significant rust buildup in the line.
• He suspects root intrusion is contributing to the blockage.
• He inspected the exterior sewage drain and spoke with several nearby residents who also reported similar drainage problems. This suggests the issue may involve the shared or municipal line, not just my private line.
• Because my unit is a middle unit, without a basement or access to blueprints, the plumber noted that an obstruction or backup from adjacent units could also impact mine. This situation raises concern that the shared drainage system may be compromised.
• In the interim, the plumber recommends minimizing water use (avoiding major toilet flushes, limiting or suspending laundry) to reduce risk of worsening the blockage.
Request:
1. Please inspect the line starting from the public sewer connection / manhole and any shared drainage segments serving my condo building.
2. Document any damage, root intrusion, or pipe defects found.
3. Provide me with copies of inspection reports and, if available, any existing as-built plumbing/sewer drawings for my building.
4. Let me know when your team will visit and what access you require. I’m available on most of the day on Mondays and Fridays between 1pm- 4pm.
5. This issue is increasingly urgent and could lead to sewage backups, structural damage, or health hazards if not addressed promptly. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter.
