City of Chicopee PLUS

When I visit my elderly mother on Broadway St, I have to park off street and I typically park on Walnut St., right in front of the house. And each and every time I park, I see the same exact Orange BMW X1 vehicle that has a Reject sticker. It appears to have been left unattended since July 2025, if not earlier. Isn't this a violation? Has it been cited? And if so, why hasn't it been removed or towed?

There are many unregistered cars at this address. It looks like a chop shop. There is also a huge monster truck that disturbs folks quiet enjoyment.

There have been two cars parked toward the end of Cross St as you come up on the left hand side. They both seem to be Suv's. They have been there for several weeks now. First car is a white Suv where they removed the license plates. Cars should not be parked on street without license plates and up to date registration.

There's a black sedan sitting in the grass abandoned which can be towed away and recycled. I'm a landscaper on this street and my clients and I were talking about how much of an eyesore it is on the local properties. Cars sitting in grass, just look bad. Cars belong on pavement.

200 unregistered vehicles loud exhaust no helmets ankles up on handle bars standing on seats at speed …evil Knievel magic show red light violation turn signal violations. Speeding by area 3 for CPD cruisers parked at the ready …. No drivers in cars.

I’m curious what the outcome was from the board of healths inspection for 56 Langevin street. Nothing has changed. These people live freely on another person’s property with no restrictions. Why is that and why is this ok? Who do I have to notify about these individuals squatting on neighborhood property? I’m sure the tax collector would be interested in knowing this information. They have a couch on the front lawn which has been there for months. People living on the side of the house in a camper with home air conditioner units outside of the vehicle while it’s plugged into the residence. This is appalling. Yesterday they had food delivered to their camper on such property
. When is this going to stop? Does anyone in this town follow through on their words because it sure doesn’t seem or feel like it!
