Branch hanging low on Maple Tree at this location. Needs to be trimmed,

There is a very tall tree in this yard. Many large branches have fallen in the past due to high winds. This branch fell at least 3 weeks ago. So far, the landlord has done NOTHING to address it. It is not only a dangerous tree, but an eyesore to the neighborhood. Please have the landlord remove the old branches and address the removal of the remaining tree in its entirety. If more branches or the tree itself falls again, it could be a risk to someone driving by, or a child in the yard.

The tree on the beltway is rotting and there is a large dead branch hanging over where the children play basketball.

Low hanging branches

Several Trees which hang over the tennis court along with homes and yard that are next to the part need to be trimmed back. Many of these are very old trees. Losing large limbs while folks are in the tennis court or on the walking track. I was privy to one coming down at my neighbors on his vehicle today. Very dangerous situation, his 2 yr old was in the vehicle.
Is there any way to remove these entire trees hanging over properties for everyone’s safety?
Could we trim the trees over the track and tennis court?

The maple tree on the Laurel st side of my property has developed a crack about 4 foot long starting at the base of the tree, there is also another crack directly above it
