Cars not following street parking rules. Cars parked within 5 feet of driveways making it difficult for homeowners to exit driveway quickly in an emergency. Cars parked within 20 feet of intersections making blind corners causing unsafe driving conditions. Stop lines at Summit, Windsor, and McKinstry need to be repainted. Excessive speeding and failure to stop at stop signs around 7AM and 2PM. Consider no parking during school hour signs on Windsor street for the safety of our children and students or resident parking only for neighborhood.
Please stop referring issues to police department and address the issue at hand with city. This is a daily issue.

We have found trash, nip bottles, condoms, mattresses, and more recently a pile of clothes. It is dark at the end of the street by the park. Perhaps an extra light post can help deter this illegal activity and make us feel more safe. -
Vehicle Noise ΆνοιγμαWest St & Exchange St Chicopee, Massachusetts, 01013 - ChicopeeAlmost on a Daily Basis, but esp. the weekends between 830pm-2am, we have Motorcycles doing burnouts from Exchange to the lights @ Springfield St (Dunkin Doughnuts). It's so load I can't imagine that not a single officer in the city hears it. Also vehicle's with boom boxes that rattle your windows with the bass. I know there are noise ordinances that can enforced, I know I live on a main street, but we hardly ever see random patrols unless there is an incident in the area then they increase for a day or two and then nothing.
