City of Chicopee PLUS

The property is overgrown and no one is residing there. I would also like information as to the status of property. Is it for sale or will it be soon. I have interest. At this time it’s a nuisance to the residents on this street.

Over growth on the abandoned lot on the corner of Coolidge rd. and Nichols rd. Children have almost been hit by cars turning right onto Coolidge, several car collisions almost have occurred ,Its a blind overgrown mess, Please help clear the corner up.

Number 13 and 26 Lorimer Street have waist high grass. Every home in the area keeps up their yard. This is our city we need to take pride in it. Number 13 is owned by a house flipper and the yard is a pig pin.
Number 26 is vacant some of record ours it and should be help responsible also.

Yard is always overgrown. Xmas tree next to garage. Overgrowth and debris prominent. Tree blocking view to pull out from Fairfield Ave. This is a no mow, rake or shovel property.

grass and weeds have taken over the whole property

There seems to be an absentee landlord not taking care of the property we've had problems before with them pumping water into the sidewalk this person never fixes anything around their property never cuts their lawn on several occasions I've had to cut the lawn because it is encroaching upon our property

Exiting Stearns terrace this is what we see instead of the oncoming traffic we see overgrowth around a no parking sign and the funeral home sign. This is a traffic issue that needs to be addressed soon before there is an accident and the city would be partially at fault for allowing this to happen. Thank you

Resident states that all sidewalk areas in Willimansett need to mowed, starting with Sarah Jane park, Westover Florists, Meadow and Lawndale Street (Shrubs are so high you can't see anything)

The trees and bushes and grass is very over grown. The tree and bushes fall out into the street and obstructs view of walkers.
