    10 years ago, my neighbor put up this backyard fence. Now the fence is falling over into my back yard. the owner has rented out the property , but should still be responsible for the fence. My grandkids play in our yard. Those dogs are always scaring them by charging up to the fence. Please Help.

She charges down the hill when you are walking running on the track. She sees you as a threat. The family needs to be caught and relocated.
