    I was in this house visiting a friend and the entire 6 family complex is in shambles. The health concerns I have from the possible mold to vacant, incomplete rooms and flooding of the ceiling, all are a huge concern and need to be addressed immediately.

    The Blue Mercedes belonging to 105 Lachine street needs to slow down. There is no need to drive that fast on a street that has a lot of kids and people walking. It's the same girl that drove the blue Subaru. Police should take notice and or have a chat with her. Totally unnecessary. Speed limit is 25 and she is in my guestimate 2x that speed.

    Every year as soon as Roger's opens, people buy their food and ice cream and drive down the opposite end of Lucretia and either throw out their trash in the streets or park on the dead end to eat then leave their trash.
    there is no parking signs and a stop sign but they are obscured by over growth on the fence on the corner of Lucretia and Riverview Place

    This vehicle(Black Honda Accord) sits abandoned(belongs to 41 Melvin St, but sitting on the property line of 53 Melvin St preventing those poor folks from installing a privacy fence if they wish to do), never leaves the grass. This is deemed an inoperable vehicle, as it does not run and drive down city streets as other vehicles do, expired inspection sticker, and is a detriment to the health of citizens as a sitting vehicle makes home for rodents and small game animals. This vehicle is not safe or fit for movement on public ways of the commonwealth, therefor an inoperable vehicle, therefor it qualifies as prohibited storage of a motor vehicle of Chicopee, MA “The Code” Chapter 262 of Vehicles Unregistered and Abandoned 262-1 Prohibited Storage. As well as in violation of MA State Law of Abandoned/Inoperable Vehicle Storage + Health Code Violation. Mr Courchesne has failed to uphold his position in being a public servant and providing remedies for problems citizens find in the local community as by the other complaints. I hope to see this vehicle gone the next time I drive down that street. I hope to see quality of life issues handled with more care by our city leaders in the future as well. An absolute eyesore to say the least.
