    PUBLIC SAFETY... There are no crosswalks near the convenience store, people walk right into traffic with no respect for motorists. The bar is open again causing more congestion in the area, motorcycles drive anyway they want with no regard to their own safety or the public, cars speeding at all hours, loud music, people on their cell phones and the recreational use of marijuana.

    Almost on a Daily Basis, but esp. the weekends between 830pm-2am, we have Motorcycles doing burnouts from Exchange to the lights @ Springfield St (Dunkin Doughnuts). It's so load I can't imagine that not a single officer in the city hears it. Also vehicle's with boom boxes that rattle your windows with the bass. I know there are noise ordinances that can enforced, I know I live on a main street, but we hardly ever see random patrols unless there is an incident in the area then they increase for a day or two and then nothing.

    When you drive down this street by the dumpster area there is so much trach overflowing in the dumpsters that it spills into the roadway and is a health hazard as it will attract rats and other type of rodents and also smells.
