    I driver Fuller Road every day to/from work. Today, 9/30, I noticed someone pitched a tent and had belongings strewn about. Heading from 291 towards Memorial Avenue, they are after the farm on the same side of the street.

    Almost on a Daily Basis, but esp. the weekends between 830pm-2am, we have Motorcycles doing burnouts from Exchange to the lights @ Springfield St (Dunkin Doughnuts). It's so load I can't imagine that not a single officer in the city hears it. Also vehicle's with boom boxes that rattle your windows with the bass. I know there are noise ordinances that can enforced, I know I live on a main street, but we hardly ever see random patrols unless there is an incident in the area then they increase for a day or two and then nothing.

    33 greenpoint circle have a husky that is constantly loose. The owners don’t leash it. They don’t have their yard fenced in and instead just let the dog roam free. It’s almost been hit many times and is often out roaming when kids are walking to and from the bus stop. It doesn’t seem aggressive but anything could happen if they don’t do something about this.     A man who drives a brown/gold Honda CRV SUV tag: 5HBW60 which has been reported numerous times by many local citizens is always driving erratically/dangerously with no inspection sticker, now a smashed windshield and smashed front end, is causing havoc in Willimansett. Always avoiding police intentionally for those reasons. Always frequenting different areas of Willimansett, including gas stations and package stores. Please keep a careful eye out for this guy before we have another pedestrian fatality as this guy seems to be OUI.
