    The occupant of 50 Cross St has a beagle dog. She walks the dog and allows it to defecate on anyone's property. Once the dog defecates, she does not pick up the mess and then proceeds to wipe her dog with a tissue and then looks around to see if anyone is looking and just throws it on the ground. This is a health concern with children or anyone that may pick up things they see lying around. It is also concerning as these tissues have landed on my property from high winds. She has been talked to in the past and police called. Apparently, she hasn't learned her lesson. This is unacceptable behavior and is polluting our neighborhood. This person should be fined. What she is doing is gross and unsanitary. If you travel up to her property which is the last house on the left hand side, as you come up near it, you will see a lot of litter lying on the grass where she has just flicked this mess. Please address.

    There are always several HVAC company vehicles (JJK & Sons) parked on the street making it very narrow and difficult to see around them. I doubt a fire truck could fit by them. We have had close calls with other vehicles because of the parking. This is a residential neighborhood and it should not be clogged up with commercial vehicles.

    Occupants installed above ground pool last year, they run an extension cord to the filter, they do not put the ladder up and lock it nor have they fenced around the yard. There are a number of small children in the neighborhood and this is just not safe.

    I think he has more than 3 dogs and also when he leaves it sounds like they are fighting in the house and it could go on for hours. Also in the very early morning and late at night he leaves them out and you cant sleep with all the barking. Many violations are being broken and im also concerned about the health of the dogs

    298 Granby Rd. Still has rocks on side walk causing slip trip hazard. Nothing done to resolve an on going problem . Sidewalks must be cleared of snow within 24 hrs this issue has never been reconciled.
