    Good Morning,

    I am emailing regarding a concern regarding my property 232 Montcalm St, Chicopee. I have seen as of today they have put water pipes on my lawn. On my property, I do have invisible fence wiring that’s about 6 inches under ground. It is marked by a sign and I can also put flags. I just wanted to reach out and make aware. If the line is broken or ripped up it will disable the entire fence and need to be replaced.

    They have a very short fence in the front that is actively falling over, with 3-4 large dogs, Rottweiler, pit mix, not sure what else. They leave the dogs out unsupervised and they charge the fence when walking by. It isn’t safe. We have young children and a group home in this neighborhood. They should be responsible and have a proper well maintained fence.
