Vicious dog on premises

Would the City consider parking on only one side of the street on all of Sunnymeade Avenue? Too many households, with driveways and garages, refuse to park in their driveways causing much traffic congestion. In particular, the Broadway Street entrance to Sunnymeade is hazardous during peak traffic times.

Dog is constantly barking all day long to every car and neighbor that walks up and down the street, it even barks at night from inside the house T.J.O. has came out a few times nothing seems to be getting resolved.

The wading pool at Nash is full of stale water and is breeding mosquitoes. Please empty it to avoid any future issues

Have to sit in grass when tired out. All chairs locked to tables like high crime area.

My neighbor's fence is breaking down due to neglect and is falling into my back yard. Because the fence is located in the back of the property it' collapsed condition cannot be seen by the public . The backyard view shows everything. What rights do I have in this situation. Thank You
