    We have 16 3 feet of about 7 inch diameter circular cement used for pool deck support. We have tear down above ground pool and deck. We did sledgehammer 10 of the cement and buried them. Someone told us we should ask that property tax should be lowered due to no more cement use. Just getting informed so I will know what is correct.
