    Third Report – Dangerous Parking at 37 Beauchamp Terrace (Again on 6/18/25 @ 9:00 PM)

    This is now the third time I’m reporting this issue. Once again, as of 9:00 PM tonight (June 18), the residents at 37 Beauchamp Terrace are allowing their guests to park illegally in the travel lane, significantly obstructing traffic.

    This pattern is ongoing and continues to endanger drivers, especially with limited night visibility and oncoming vehicles being forced into the opposite lane. I’ve attached new photo evidence showing tonight’s violation.

    It’s extremely frustrating that this has been reported twice previously through this platform and assigned to the police, yet no meaningful action has been taken. At what point does someone actually step in before a collision or emergency happens?

    This is not a one-time oversight — this is a habitual, blatant disregard for road safety that needs enforcement tonight, not eventually.

    Please escalate this to someone who can respond with a citation, tow, or enforcement presence.

    Most of Nonotuck Ave. (lower end) is a shameful trash collection point. The road is littered all the way from Captain Mac to South St. Presently, there is a tire in the gutter in front of 100 Nonotuck.

    This is still a problem in the City especially on Center St. The city of Springfiled is now looking into possible road improvements to cut down on the problem. Will the City of Chicopee follow or sit back until there is another bad accident?

    Every single afternoon when Hampden Charter School of Science gets out the traffic situation is dangerous, illegal and not monitored. Cars continuously come off of Dare Way the wrong way on the one way street.
    Cars line both sides of Johnson Road making travel virtually impossible. Only one car can pass through. You have to drive down the center line and hope nobody flies out of the parking lot and comes at you head on.
    A small, fairly quiet street is chaos EVERY afternoon-
    Something needs to be done about this please-it’s very dangerous and extremely frustrating to homeowners that have to deal with this every day.

    Violation of Ordinance 262-1. There is an inoperable, disabled van that has been parked at the corner of Fair & Henry St since May, 2023. According to ordinance "No person shall park inoperable unregistered vehicle for more than 3 days". It's been 7 months!!!!

    Also in violation of Jan 7th Winter Parking ban as vehicle is parked on odd side of street. Plows could not clear street...went from double lane to single lane. Walking route to 2 schools. Will be a hazard all winter. ENFORCE Ordinance...ENFORCE Parking ban

    Porch stairwell shakes whencoming down, apartments need to be inspected unsafe. Im a visitor whom knows a few people that live at 53 cabot street and this building looks unsafe, floors are not level by far especially 3rd floor, basement is littered with so much junk, outside alongside building behind porch are about 7 or 8 propane tanks etc.... The city really needs to inspe t this building with a fine tooth comb. And the Electrical should also be inspectef, needs handrails on bothsides of stairwells inside building. Please inspect.
