Too many households, with driveways and garages, refuse to park in their driveways causing much traffic congestion.     A man who drives a brown/gold Honda CRV SUV tag: 5HBW60 which has been reported numerous times by many local citizens is always driving erratically/dangerously with no inspection sticker, now a smashed windshield and smashed front end, is causing havoc in Willimansett. Always avoiding police intentionally for those reasons. Always frequenting different areas of Willimansett, including gas stations and package stores. Please keep a careful eye out for this guy before we have another pedestrian fatality as this guy seems to be OUI.
